What we collect

The beta form collects your contact details, AI preferences, and any notes you choose to share. The website project inquiry form collects your contact details, organization, existing website if supplied, project requirements, timeframe, and optional budget. We also record submission time, form category, consent, and an identifier for submission reliability.

How we use it

Beta information is used to consider applications and send the product and beta communications you consent to. Business information is used to review your request and contact you about discovery and related services. We do not sell form submissions.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a hosted Cloudflare database through the website’s hosting platform. Hosting providers process data to operate the service and may keep technical request logs. Lead records are not published on this website. Access is restricted to the site owner and authorized service providers.

Retention and your choices

We aim to review unconverted inquiries and inactive beta applications after 12 months and delete information no longer needed. Client records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request access, correction, deletion, or stop further communications by emailing drewcook12@gmail.com.

Keep sensitive information out

Do not submit passwords, API keys, patient information, financial credentials, confidential records, or other sensitive business data. Use only general descriptions. This site does not use advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service.
